DELIVERY INFORMATION
Currently the Sketchy Hounds online shop (t/a Liz Pengilley Studio) only ships within the United Kingdom.
You can buy some of my products in certain countries on my Etsy shop.

Delivery options and Estimated delivery times:
Royal Mail second class - Flat rate of £2.50 per order.
Estimated 2 - 3 business days, not tracked, no signature required.
Royal Mail second class signed for - Flat rate of £4.00 per order.
Estimated 2 - 3 business days, may require a signature.

Orders are usually sent out within 48 hours of ordering. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Sketchy Hounds (t/a Liz Pengilley Studio) makes every effort to despatch goods on time, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, a proof of posting will be obtained.

Payment: I accept both Paypal and all major credit/debit cards through the secure checkout.  

Order never arrived
In the event your order doesn’t arrive please let us know. Please check your initial order to make sure the shipping address is correct, if it isn’t correct, we will be happy to send out another to the correct address, but the product and postage fees will be at your cost. If the address information was entered correctly, please let us know with your order number at info@sketchyhounds.com and we will rectify the matter swiftly.

Refunds
If you are unhappy with your item, please let Sketchy Hounds (t/a Liz Pengilley Studio) know within 14 days of you receiving the product to arrange an exchange or refund, letting us know what the issue is with the order. We will then ask you to package up the item and let you know the address to send the item back to.

Customers are responsible for the return postage cost. Please retain proof of postage as this will be your proof of sending the item back. Once we have received your order back, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If you have been approved we will then process your refund on the original payment method within 5 working days.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged please email info@sketchyhounds.com within 5 working days of you receiving your order and we will resolve the matter promptly.

Under the Sale Of Goods Act, Sketchy Hounds (t/a Liz Pengilley Studio) will not be held liable for any goods 6 months from the date you received the goods.
